Responsibilities

- Develop 10-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market transformations
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Author white papers on future-of-work and digital sovereignty trends
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and global innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing future-ready technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex visions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation
