Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-year AI roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging AI trends and ethical implications
- Lead strategic partnerships with quantum computing and neurotech pioneers
- Design human-centric AI frameworks ensuring equitable deployment
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Oversee R&D initiatives in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Author thought leadership publications on AI's societal impact
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years AI experience
- Proven track record in forecasting technological disruptions (2018-2023)
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neural-symbolic integration
- Published research on AI ethics or human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Proficiency in AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
