Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate next-gen tech solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives and market expansion
- Represent company at global tech forums and shape industry discourse on ethical AI and responsible innovation
- Build and lead a high-performing team of futurists, data scientists, and innovation architects
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for breakthrough technologies
- Oversee budget allocation for R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual investment portfolio
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience scaling tech innovations from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU, Asia)
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends and implications
