Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmap with focus on AI, quantum computing, and neurotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation pods through product lifecycle from ideation to market launch
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess commercial viability for enterprise applications
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators and foster culture of experimental thinking
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation leadership with proven product launch success
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Track record of securing venture funding for disruptive projects
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience scaling innovation teams across global markets
- Proficiency in agile development and lean startup methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialized tech innovations
