- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and secure resource allocation for high-impact projects

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Management; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and market analysis frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) or technology strategy
- Demonstrated success leading cross-disciplinary teams in agile development environments
