Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing cutting-edge prototypes for 2026 tech ecosystems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Drive innovation roadmaps aligned with company's 2026 strategic vision
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technological forecasts and innovation frameworks to C-suite and investors
- Mentor junior researchers in next-gen development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in launching commercialized emerging tech solutions
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or renewable energy
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier tech publications
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture partnerships
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech innovation hubs
