- Model Optimization: Improving inference speeds and reducing computational overhead for real-time applications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Translate complex research findings into scalable product features for enterprise clients.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and transformer architectures.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI research, software engineering, or a similar advanced technical role.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving unsolved problems in machine learning and system design.
