Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the Year 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, resilient, and secure systems capable of handling next-generation workloads.
- Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum protocols) into existing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to drive product innovation.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments and risk analysis for ambitious new projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering management, or a senior technical leadership role.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and a passion for the future of intelligent systems.
