Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive 5-year technology roadmap focused on 2026 readiness, identifying emerging trends like AGI and decentralized systems.
- Technology Evaluation: Conduct rigorous research and pilots on next-generation technologies (Quantum Computing, Neural Interfaces) to assess feasibility for enterprise integration.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable architectural frameworks that can handle exponential data growth and complex AI integrations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions for C-suite executives and board members.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal hackathons and innovation sprints to prototype future-state products.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in AI/ML, Blockchain, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and System Design.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting technological shifts and aligning them with business goals.
