The Role:
As a Senior AI Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex machine learning systems that scale to millions of users. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, production-ready engineering.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic design of AI-driven features for our flagship platform, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems that leverage AI and machine learning.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference speeds and data pipeline efficiency to reduce latency.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with R&D teams to evaluate emerging technologies for integration into our 2026 suite.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce high standards for code quality, security, and architectural patterns.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in a dynamic environment.
