Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on Agentic AI and Quantum-Ready Algorithms.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of large-scale neural network systems capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to integrate quantum computing primitives into legacy infrastructures.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for ethical AI and secure coding.
- Stay ahead of global tech trends, providing strategic insights to executive leadership on emerging disruptive technologies.
- Prototype and validate high-risk, high-reward technologies to prove viability before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformer architectures.
- Experience or advanced conceptual knowledge of Quantum Computing, Quantum Cryptography, or Qubit manipulation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
