Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's technical roadmap for the 2026 era, focusing on AGI scalability and ethical deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic data) and evaluate their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, safety protocols, and long-term infrastructure planning.
- Mentor senior engineering leads and foster a culture of forward-thinking innovation.
- Present high-level strategy to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or AI/ML research, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep understanding of Artificial General Intelligence principles, large language models, and future computing paradigms.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex, high-visibility projects from conception to completion.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with quantum computing architectures or simulation tools is highly preferred.
- A Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field is a strong plus.
