Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable systems for the 2026 product suite, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Define and execute the technical strategy for integrating emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and Quantum computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Oversee system security, performance optimization, and cloud infrastructure scalability across distributed environments.
- Conduct feasibility studies and research to identify new opportunities for technological advancement and competitive differentiation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and full-stack development.
- Deep expertise in designing high-availability, distributed systems using microservices architecture.
- Strong background in AI/ML integration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization technologies.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
