Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for OmniStream's 2026 product suite, focusing on scalability and quantum-readiness.
- Lead the research and implementation of post-quantum cryptography and decentralized edge computing protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between theoretical AI models and practical, high-impact deployment.
- Architect resilient systems that optimize for energy efficiency and future-proof compliance standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation, research, and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous architectural audits and code reviews to ensure system integrity and security.
- Present technical visions and prototypes to executive stakeholders to secure buy-in for high-risk, high-reward projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in leading complex software architecture projects or R&D initiatives.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and Cloud Native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/Azure).
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts, neuromorphic hardware, or advanced AI algorithms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on designing systems for high availability and fault tolerance.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
