Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technological roadmap for Project 2026, aligning closely with executive business objectives.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Advanced Cloud) into our core infrastructure.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and designers to drive product development from concept to launch.
- Identify and assess disruptive market trends to ensure our strategic position remains competitive.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, communicating complex technical strategies to non-technical leadership.
- Establish clear KPIs and governance frameworks to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior director or VP-level role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-year projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Next-Gen Cloud Architecture, and Digital Transformation.
- Strong ability to translate visionary concepts into actionable, executable strategies.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an MBA (preferred).
