In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical physics and practical software engineering, deploying quantum algorithms to solve complex, real-world problems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for AI model training and inference.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize software performance on next-gen quantum processors.
- Lead the architectural vision for our 2026 roadmap, ensuring forward compatibility and scalability.
- Mentor a team of high-performance engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
- Conduct research on emerging quantum technologies and evaluate their commercial viability.
- Translate complex research papers into production-ready code and infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focusing on AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane).
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability, and machine learning concepts.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
