Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures for next-gen AI and machine learning applications.
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for 2026, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced LLMs) and integrating them into our product lifecycle.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the performance tuning and scaling of our cloud infrastructure to handle high-velocity data streams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and executive leadership to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Standardization: Establish and enforce best practices for coding, security, and deployment across all engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4 years in a Senior Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, and neural network architectures.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in modern software development methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and think several steps ahead of the curve.
