Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive Technology Roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning technical strategy with business goals.
- Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies, including AI agents, edge computing, and next-gen cloud architectures.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems that can handle exponential growth and complex data workloads.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies and risk assessments for experimental technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Establish best practices for security, scalability, and interoperability across all new initiatives.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Deep understanding of modern software development lifecycles and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of successfully leading R&D initiatives and bringing disruptive technologies to market.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
