Responsibilities

- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring engineers and architects, fostering technical excellence.
- Vendor & Technology Assessment: Conduct rigorous research and due diligence on new technologies and potential partnerships to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic technology consulting.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think beyond current trends and plan for long-term technological shifts.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and modern development methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
