Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 era, integrating emerging technologies like AI, Quantum computing, and advanced Web3 protocols.
- Lead architectural decisions that drive scalability, security, and performance for next-generation enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Design) to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous R&D to identify and prototype disruptive technologies that provide competitive advantages.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure technology adoption aligns with long-term business goals.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Proven track record of leading technology transformations or defining long-term product roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and their integration into core systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
