Key Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite leadership to define the technical strategy and milestones for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling massive data loads from emerging AI models.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready infrastructure, advanced biometrics) to assess feasibility.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards and architectural guidelines to ensure long-term maintainability.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and architects in adopting futuristic technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and integrate them into business strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 technology roadmap and strategic milestones.
- Design scalable, high-performance architectures for AI integration.
- Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (Quantum, Biometrics).
- Establish technical governance and coding standards.
- Mentor senior engineers and drive technical decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of software architecture experience.
