Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 initiative, aligning with business goals.
- Design robust, scalable system architectures that integrate emerging AI and Machine Learning technologies.
- Lead architectural reviews and mentor senior engineers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Identify potential technological bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions to overcome them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Data Science to deliver seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI integration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
