Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable, distributed software systems designed for the future.
- Oversee the integration of advanced AI models and machine learning pipelines into production environments.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define technical roadmaps and long-term strategies.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and performance under massive scale and load.
- Drive research initiatives into emerging technologies, including quantum computing interfaces and neuromorphic hardware.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with a focus on high-performance computing.
- Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Network architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
