Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technical Roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into core product suites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging technologies and validate their feasibility.
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams on modern architectural patterns.
- Establish best practices for cloud-native development and DevOps processes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and digital initiatives.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing trends and their potential impact on future architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and a passion for continuous innovation.
