Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, focusing on AI and scalable cloud architectures.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and researchers in the development of proprietary technologies.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AGI integration).
- Collaborate with product managers to translate high-level business goals into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for security, scalability, and code quality across the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture and engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern programming languages.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in enterprise solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
