Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the implementation of next-generation technologies aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product, design, and engineeringâto integrate AI and automation into core business processes.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototype innovative solutions for complex technical challenges.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural patterns for the engineering department.
- Present technical visions and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations or product launches.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong background in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- A Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
