Qualifications

- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in AI or sustainable technology (IEEE/ACM)
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with global tech deployment across 3+ continents
- Proven track record of patenting disruptive innovations
