Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Project 2026's core infrastructure, focusing on scalability and security.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate advanced AI models into real-time operational systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies for next-gen technologies, including predictive analytics and autonomous agents.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for high-performance computing environments.
- Oversee the deployment of cloud-native solutions to ensure seamless system interoperability.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in system architecture and propose innovative engineering solutions.
- Present technical roadmaps and progress reports to executive leadership stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in software architecture, specifically within high-scale distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) and data pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on future-proofing technology stacks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
