- Lead Innovation Sprints: Guide cross-functional teams through R&D cycles, turning theoretical concepts into deployable prototypes.
- Establish Best Practices: Set the standard for code quality, security, and operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications
- 10+ Years of Experience: Extensive background in systems architecture, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software development.
- Advanced Cloud Proficiency: Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP with a proven track record of building large-scale distributed systems.
- Future-Ready Skills: Strong understanding of AI/ML integration, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
- Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor senior engineers, and drive culture change.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on anticipating long-term technical debt and scalability issues.
- Bachelor’s Degree: Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
