Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for system architecture, identifying emerging trends (AI, Quantum, Edge) and integrating them into our long-term planning.
- System Modernization: Oversee the migration of legacy monolithic systems to microservices and serverless architectures designed for 2026 performance standards.
- Predictive Modeling: Design and implement predictive analytics frameworks to anticipate market shifts and technological disruptions.
- Security & Compliance: Architect enterprise-grade security protocols that comply with future regulatory standards and safeguard sensitive data.
- Innovation Labs: Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping experimental technologies to prepare for their eventual production release.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for executive leadership and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, DevOps, or Strategic Technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML integration, Blockchain, and IoT ecosystems.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and adapting to disruptive technologies years before they become mainstream.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead diverse engineering teams and drive cultural change within a tech organization.
