Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals, focusing on emerging trends like Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- System Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures that can handle exponential growth and complex data challenges.
- Technology Forecasting: Continuously monitor the tech landscape to identify disruptive technologies and evaluate their potential impact on our products and services.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for major initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or strategic technology planning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical strategies and long-term roadmaps.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Strong interest in and knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, Web3) and their application in enterprise environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
