Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid algorithms that leverage both classical and quantum computing resources.
- Develop low-latency interfaces for quantum processors to support real-time AI inference.
- Optimize existing machine learning models for deployment on emerging quantum hardware architectures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicists, data scientists, and hardware engineers.
- Research and prototype novel approaches to error correction in quantum AI systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide technical strategy for future projects.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization algorithms.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA programming.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
