The Role:
You will be at the forefront of our research and development efforts, designing and deploying machine learning models that power our core products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and drive the next wave of digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
- Optimize algorithms for high performance, low latency, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct research to identify new trends in AI and apply them to business challenges.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, security, and model explainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, AI, or data science.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
