Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product release cycle, aligning with business goals.
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable, distributed cloud-based systems.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including advanced AI, edge computing, and IoT.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in software engineering and product design.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and establish best practices for code quality and system reliability.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to ensure system security and data integrity.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in designing high-availability systems and handling massive scale data throughput.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to anticipate future trends and adapt technical strategies accordingly.
