- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry shifts to identify opportunities for digital transformation and competitive advantage.
- Technology Governance: Oversee the selection and implementation of new technologies, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to align technical visions with organizational mission.
- Innovation Incubation: Lead pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives to validate futuristic technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Budget Management: Manage the technology budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Strategic Planning, Technology Consulting, or a Senior Technical Leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to think 5-10 years ahead, with a specific interest in the technological landscape of 2026.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of modern tech stacks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and AI integration strategies.
- Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
