Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify key technological trends (AGI, Quantum, Biotech) and integrate them into our long-term business strategy.
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate emerging tech stacks and recommend high-impact investments for the 2026 fiscal cycle.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical roadmaps into compelling narratives for C-suite executives and investors.
- Innovation Lab Management: Oversee the 'Future Lab' initiative, ensuring proof-of-concepts are scalable and commercially viable.
- Risk & Compliance: Proactively identify regulatory and technical risks associated with future tech adoption.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of strategists and engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Future-Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of the trajectory of AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing leading up to 2026.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to forecast industry shifts and pivot organizational strategy accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
