Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design of AI-driven spatial environments, ensuring high performance and scalability for global deployment.
- Roadmap Development: Define and execute the technical vision for our 2026 product line, integrating Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) with spatial rendering engines.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) specifically optimized for real-time interaction in virtual spaces.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX researchers and 3D artists to translate complex data into intuitive, immersive user interfaces.
- System Integration: Integrate third-party AI APIs and hardware sensors (VR/AR headsets) into our central processing ecosystem.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish protocols for AI bias mitigation and data privacy in accordance with emerging industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and spatial computing.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and WebGL; hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent frameworks.
- Spatial Tech: Demonstrated experience with Unity 3D, Unreal Engine, or WebXR for building immersive applications.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex architectural challenges in high-scale distributed systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
