Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology and business roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term organizational goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to foster innovation and ensure seamless integration of future-proof solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate complex strategic visions to executive leadership and the board.
- Oversee budget allocation for R&D and infrastructure upgrades required for the 2026 transition.
- Conduct market analysis to anticipate industry shifts and regulatory changes affecting future business models.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology leadership, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
