Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Vision, translating high-level goals into actionable operational plans.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3, to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and marketing teams on long-term milestones.
- Develop robust forecasting models to predict market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Oversee the lifecycle of strategic initiatives, from ideation to execution and measurement.
- Present complex strategic concepts to the C-suite and board of directors with clarity and conviction.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, product management, or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5+ year horizon) with a track record of successful execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear strategic narratives.
- Experience in the Technology sector, specifically within SaaS or Enterprise Software.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is highly preferred.
