Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for 2026, with a focus on AI integration and scalable infrastructure.
- Lead the governance framework for emerging technologies, ensuring ethical AI usage and compliance with global data regulations.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term digital transformation goals and strategic vision.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-generation cloud architectures and edge computing environments.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performing team of engineers, data scientists, and product strategists.
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, technology strategy, or AI leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation in enterprise-scale environments.
- Expert knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning pipelines.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and ethical AI implementation principles.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
