Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning IT strategy with business goals.
- Lead the architecture of emerging technologies, including AI integration, Web3, and Quantum-ready infrastructures.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the engineering team.
- Oversee the development and deployment of high-performance software solutions.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks before they impact the 2026 launch cycle.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software development and 5+ years in a senior leadership role (CTO/VP Engineering).

- Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of future-forward technologies: AI/ML, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
