Responsibilities

- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration across all product lines, ensuring future-proof scalability and security.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of high-performance engineering by mentoring junior architects and data scientists.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to deliver breakthrough features that delight users.
- Ethical AI Governance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role focusing on AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT, LLaMA) and RAG architectures.
- Cloud Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
