Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and oversee the technical roadmap for AI and quantum integration, ensuring scalability and security for 2026 standards.
- Algorithm Design: Develop and optimize proprietary quantum algorithms designed to accelerate machine learning processes.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and quantum engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI and Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; deep understanding of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Qiskit.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate complex research into actionable product strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
