As a Lead Architect, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring our systems are resilient and future-ready.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 ecosystem, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines across the engineering organization.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure migration strategies, leveraging AWS/Azure to optimize cost and performance.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to mitigate risks and ensure system integrity.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including AI/ML integration and edge computing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
