Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Architect scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling next-generation data loads and real-time processing.
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating Generative AI and Large Language Models into core product workflows.
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment, ensuring bias mitigation and responsible innovation.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging tech trends, including Autonomous Agents and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions that scale.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases, and RAG architectures.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
