- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, bias mitigation, and responsible AI usage across all projects.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously research emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Transformers, Edge AI) and integrate relevant advancements into our stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and architect systems that evolve with technology.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
