Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap focused on AI integration and automation.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to design futuristic workflow models that enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technical strategies with long-term business objectives.
- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge tools (LLMs, Generative AI, RPA) into existing enterprise ecosystems.
- Measure the impact of new technologies on KPIs and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Operations, or IT Architecture, with a focus on Digital Transformation.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and their practical business applications.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale organizational change and managing executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
