Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap for AI integration and operational transformation.
- Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI solutions to streamline workflow and enhance decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to identify high-impact opportunities for digital automation.
- Define ethical guidelines and compliance standards for emerging technologies within the organization.
- Oversee the transition to remote-first and hybrid operational models, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or Operations Consulting.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI automation platforms.
