Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, or HR leadership within a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing long-term (3-5 year) business strategies.
- Deep understanding of the Future of Work, specifically regarding AI integration and automation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership presence and exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing C-suite stakeholders.
