Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for Nexus Horizon, specifically targeting key breakthroughs by 2026.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into core business operations to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Future Foresight: Identify emerging trends in quantum computing, biotech, and spatial computing, translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Build, mentor, and retain a high-performance engineering and R&D team focused on long-term innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to C-suite executives and board members to secure buy-in for ambitious projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI strategy.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and predictive analytics.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of turning futuristic concepts into viable, profitable products.
